" Uitstekende klantenservice! "
We communicated via email with Paulo prior to our arrival. There was a mix up with the vehicles (not surprising, since we had changed our reservation), but Paulo was quick to fix everything. He even helped me by picking up my husband the next week at the airport! Paulo and all the ladies in the office were incredibly friendly and supportive, and they worked hard to make everything work out well. I love that their vehicles are so clean and newer than many of the other rental companies. The customer service was outstanding – see you next year!!!

"Onze ervaring was 1e klas!"
I rented a manual transmission pick-up truck to take my family into Washington-Slagbaai National Park. My husband and I rode up front and our 4 teenagers rode in the bed of the pickup. It worked beautifully! You really only can go 15 mph or so throughout the park, so I didn’t worry about the kids getting hurt back there. Our experience with Paulo Allee at Caribe Car Rental was 1st class! He was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Plus, his rates were much better than the other rental place we originally used at Flamingo Airport. Really can’t rate this company high enough.
